in marketing terminology, it is called rebranding -- thanks to the support and words of encouragement from loyal customers, i followed their advice and ventured out on my own when the 10 yr licensing agreement expired

even though unsolicited offers to purchase arouse temptation -- it is always fleeting -- please rest assured the original owner (sometimes grumpy) remains -- the same applies for all products, pricing and service -- the good news is sales are up
